The client is a Lithuania-based e-commerce reselling business working with 20 suppliers and 10 marketplaces. Their operations include large product catalogs, marketplace-specific pricing rules, market-level conditions, and product category logic.
The business manages around 2 million products and nearly 4 million daily product proposals, which makes supplier control, pricing accuracy, marketplace updates, and order synchronization critical to daily operations.

Problem

The client’s e-commerce operations depended on manual Google Sheets-based workflows for product listing, pricing updates, marketplace exports, and order processing. With large product volumes, multiple suppliers, and several marketplaces, this made daily updates difficult to control and increased the risk of inconsistent product, pricing, and order data.
Each marketplace also required separate order handling and listing updates. As the business added suppliers, products, markets, or pricing rules, the manual process became harder to scale without increasing operational complexity and administrative workload.
