Scope

1.1. We provide custom software development and IT consulting services, delivered digitally (“Services”). Our Services are offered primarily on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. If you are acting as a consumer, statutory consumer rights may apply and nothing in this Policy affects those rights.

1.2. Specific cancellation/refund terms may be set out in a Statement of Work (“SOW”), support agreement, or other written agreement. If there is any conflict, that written agreement prevails.

How to cancel

2. To cancel Services, you must send a written cancellation notice to info@webmagic.agency with your project name and invoice reference.

When work is considered “commenced”

3. Work is deemed commenced once any of the following occurs (whichever is earlier): project kickoff is confirmed, access or environments are set up, a repository/project workspace is created, or delivery work/hours begin under the agreed scope.

Refunds and charges on cancellation

4.1. If cancelled before work has commenced: any prepaid amount will be refunded, minus (a) non-recoverable third-party costs approved for the project (if any) and (b) any processing fees that cannot be recovered.

4.2. If cancelled after work has commenced: you remain responsible for (a) completed milestones, (b) work performed up to the cancellation date (including partially completed milestone work), and (c) non-recoverable third-party costs approved for the project (e.g., licenses, domains, hosting, paid services). Any prepaid amount above these charges will be refunded.

4.3. No refunds are provided for work that has been completed and delivered/accepted under the applicable SOW / agreement.

Refund method and timing

5.1. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (no cash refunds for card payments unless required by law).

5.2. We process approved refunds within 10 business days. Bank/card processing times may vary.

6. If you have a billing concern, please contact info@webmagic.agency first, where reasonably possible, so we can resolve it promptly and fairly.

Governing law and jurisdiction

7. This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
