The client, a globally integrated operations and services provider based in the United States and responsible for powering some of the fastest-growing online fashion brands, approached us with a request to develop a modern and scalable solution. Their objective was to establish continuous data synchronization between online stores and the WMS system for each company. Additionally, they required a feature to configure all synchronization settings and maintain continuous monitoring of processes between integrated systems to promptly detect and resolve issues within one unified system.

Problem

It was necessary to develop a service that could integrate and synchronize all e-commerce platforms and warehouse management systems for each company, while also monitoring all processes such as orders, inventory, and purchase orders.

Solution

We proposed a cutting-edge solution for developing the server from scratch, including integration and synchronization functions for various e-commerce systems like Shopify, and warehouse management systems, with scalability in mind.
