The client is an online education provider specializing in Arabic language instruction. Their learning model combines Arabic language courses with cultural learning content, helping students access language education through online lessons and digital resources.

Problem

The client’s Arabic course operations involved several connected workflows: teacher schedules, lesson planning, student payments, and online course promotion.
Coordinating teacher availability and lesson activity through disconnected processes made it harder to keep learning operations organized. Students did not have a clear enough way to book or reschedule lessons, while the team had to manage payments and subscription-based access more consistently.
The project also called for a stronger foundation for publishing Arabic-language learning content and supporting course visibility online.

Solution

We developed a custom e-learning platform that connected lesson scheduling, teacher availability, student payments, subscriptions, and content management in one structured web environment.
The platform included Google Calendar integration to support teacher schedule visibility and lesson planning, while online booking and rescheduling functionality helped organize student lesson activity. Payment gateway integration supported online payments and subscription-based access, including recurring subscription logic.
An admin panel was built to manage teachers, services, student profiles, subscriptions, learning content, and Arabic-language resources. The system also included blog and SEO tools to support online course visibility and content publishing.
