The client is a U.S.-based recruitment company that conducts remote interviews for senior-level positions. Their work involves structured interview sessions and recorded materials that help clients review candidates after each interview.

Problem

The client needed more control over remote interview sessions than standard video meeting tools could provide.
Existing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet did not consistently support high-quality interview recording when connection quality changed. The team also needed a clearer way to manage participant roles, including interviewer, interviewee, and guest access.
Video files were stored across separate locations, which made it harder to organize and share interview materials with the relevant parties after each session.

Solution

We built a custom video interview platform to support the client’s recruitment workflow from interview setup to access to recorded files.
The platform combines WebRTC-based video interviews, participant roles, moderator controls, live chat, high-quality recording, video processing, cloud storage, and admin functionality.
The admin panel supports interview planning, user management, invitations, unique access links, and access to completed interview files, creating a dedicated recruitment-focused environment rather than a generic video meeting setup.

    The platform supports video interview sessions with 2 to 20 participants and allows different roles to be assigned within the same call. This helps structure interviews around key participants, including interviewers, interviewees, and guests.
    Built with WebRTC technology, the video communication layer supports dedicated interview calls without relying on generic third-party meeting tools.

    Moderators can manage interview sessions with controls for starting, stopping, pausing, recording, and uploading. The platform also supports remote control over user configurations and device selection.
