Our client is a property management company that needed a centralized platform to support leasing, payment workflows, subscription-based access, account verification, and day-to-day operations across managers, owners, and administrators.
Problem
The client needed to move away from fragmented real estate operations, where property, lease, payment, verification, and access-related workflows were too interdependent to manage effectively through disconnected processes. The platform had to support different user roles, bilingual English/Arabic use, and local requirements around EJAR-based lease handling, Nafath identity verification, and subscription-linked billing without turning day-to-day operations into a heavier administrative burden.
Solution
We built a centralized web platform that connected day-to-day property operations, lease workflows, payments, subscriptions, and account verification in one controlled system. The platform introduced role-based access for managers, owners, and administrators, bilingual English/Arabic workflows, property and unit management, dashboards, and local requirements such as Nafath verification, EJAR contract handling, and Tap Payments billing.
