The client is an Israel-based UGC video production company that creates short-form advertising videos for brand campaigns on TikTok and Reels.
The company works with brands, creators, and video editors to produce ad concepts, raw creator videos, edited video variations, and final video assets for paid social campaigns. Its operating model relies on coordinating multiple participants across each campaign while keeping creative requirements, approvals, deliverables, and payments organized.

Problem

The client’s video production process involved multiple participants across each brand campaign: internal team members, brand users, creators, and video editors. Each campaign required structured briefs, creator selection, concept submission, brand approvals, raw video delivery, post-production work, final video review, purchasing decisions, and creator payment tracking.
With multiple campaign stages and user roles involved, the process required a more controlled operational structure. The client had to reduce the time spent exchanging information between participants, make campaign progress easier to monitor, and keep creative requirements, approvals, video statuses, tasks, alerts, and payments visible to the right users at the right stage.
The challenge was not only to manage video files, but to coordinate a full UGC production workflow with different user roles, status changes, deadlines, review steps, and handoffs between creators, editors, internal managers, and brand clients.

Solution

A role-based UGC video production platform was developed to manage the full campaign lifecycle from campaign setup to final video delivery. The platform included separate workspaces and permissions for internal administrators, brand users, creators, and video editors, allowing each participant to work with the information and actions relevant to their stage of the production process.
The system supported campaign creation for different production scenarios, including new UGC video campaigns and video editing-only campaigns. Brand users could submit campaign briefs, define creative requirements, provide product and audience details, upload assets, review creator concepts, approve ideas for production, review final videos, and purchase selected deliverables.
For creator collaboration, the platform included creator profiles, creator invitation flows, campaign participation logic, concept submission, raw video upload, and status-based feedback handling. Once concepts were approved, creators could submit video materials, while internal users and editors could track progress through campaign tabs, jobs, alerts, and task-based workflows.
The post-production workflow connected submitted creator videos with editor jobs, video review stages, final video submissions, purchased video updates, and required aspect-ratio versions. The system also included dashboards, notifications, billing records, creator payments, invoice handling, and campaign activity tracking to keep production operations visible and controlled.
